Where you submit a request for an energy storage feasibility study, WattBox Power Ltd may, with your explicit consent, retrieve historical smart meter consumption data for your property. The following terms apply to this process:
9.1 Data collected
We retrieve historical half-hourly electricity and/or gas consumption data from your smart meter for the purpose of producing a one-off energy storage feasibility study. No other use is made of this data.
9.2 How your data is accessed
n3rgy data service (https://n3rgy.com) is used by WattBox Power Ltd to interface with the national smart meter systems in order to collect, store, manage and share with WattBox Power Ltd your smart meter data. Consent is granted for a single, one-off data retrieval only. No ongoing or recurring data access will take place.
9.4 Consent validity and withdrawal
Consent is valid only for the duration of the single data retrieval event. WattBox Power Ltd will proactively withdraw consent via the n3rgy API within 5 working days of completing your data retrieval.
