Actual performance may vary due to site-specific conditions, usage behaviour, and weather patterns.

Product warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers (e.g., Victron, Pylontech, etc.). WattBox may assist with warranty claims but is not responsible for manufacturer warranty decisions.

WattBox will not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses;
• Business interruption or loss of profits arising from system downtime;
• Damage caused by third-party interference, improper use, or unauthorised modifications.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited under UK law.
